These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Watchman's Hymnal mobile application (the "App") available on iOS and Android platforms.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("user," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Watchman's Hymnal is a free mobile application that provides access to a collection of spiritual songs and hymns for worship and personal devotion. The App's primary purpose is to make hymns accessible to believers worldwide.

3. User Eligibility

The App is available for use by individuals of all ages. No account registration is required. If you are a minor, you may use the App with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• •Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial worship and devotional purposes

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

You retain no rights or licenses except those expressly granted in these Terms. The Watchman's Hymnal name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Bleon Co Ltd.

7. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store payment information. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. The hymn content is provided for spiritual purposes and may contain variations from other sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bleon Co Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
