Welcome to MySales, a mobile application operated by Bleon Co Ltd ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MySales mobile application (the "App") available on iOS and Android platforms.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MySales, you ("user," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MySales is a free, offline-first mobile application that helps Nigerian market traders, shop owners, and small business operators track daily sales and profit. The App operates entirely on your device with no cloud sync, no account system, and no data transmission to external servers.

3. No Account — Your Data, Your Device

MySales does not require an account. All sales data, preferences, and settings are stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to your data, and we cannot recover it if you delete the app or lose your device.

4. User Eligibility

MySales is intended for use by individuals who are engaged in commercial or trading activities. No account registration is required, and there are no age restrictions beyond those imposed by the App Store or Google Play Store for downloading applications. If you are under 18, you may use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

6. Prohibited Conduct

You retain no rights or licenses except those expressly granted in these Terms. The MySales name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Bleon Co Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MySales is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bleon Co Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

MySales is a tool to assist with sales tracking and does not replace professional accounting or financial advice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or other means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

By continuing to access or use MySales after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
