Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your LedgerCopilot account, you can do so directly from the app or by contacting us. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal and financial data from our systems.

Option 1: Delete from the App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the LedgerCopilot app:

   Open Settings

   Tap your profile icon or navigate to the Settings screen in the app.

   Go to Account Settings

   Scroll down and tap on "Account" or "Account Settings."

   Tap "Delete Account"

   You will find the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the account settings page.

   Confirm Deletion

   You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

We will verify your identity and process your request. Account deletion will be completed within 30 days of confirmation.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile and authentication credentials
• All uploaded bank statements (PDF and images)
• All parsed transaction records
• Custom categories and categorization rules
• Financial insights and health score history
• Payment reminders and notification preferences
• AI chat history and conversation data
